Kompatibel schon, soweit Du damit auch Ton bekommst, aber damit verlierst Du dann auch alle Apple Komfortfunktionen, welche Du wirklich nur mit Apple Airpods benutzen kannst.
Selbst würde ich jedenfalls in Kombination mit Apple Geräten immer nur Apple Airpods benutzen.
