Dear sir or madam,
Today I had in an issue in removing my additional SIM card connected to a tp-link device, I was angry with my relatives because they are behaving as if I am a stranger, but the operator, was calm and understanding and guided me through the sim removal understanding the frustration of not being able to solve the issue. In the end the device got removed, I wish only I could thank the technician on the phone for being calm and because they know their customer best.
