I am wondering why my swisscom bill for December 24’ is 285.60.- And an additional fee has been added to the bill that I have never seen before. It’s called ”Swisscom Buyback Nachbelastung”, and it costs 141.- What is it and why do I have to pay it? Another side note is that I had sent in my old iphone 13 and have never recieved money for it or anything.
