@vitolier In MySwisscom which should still work you can subscibe (if does no more work, please call the Hotline 0800 800800), press the link below and login. There you clock on “Adjust product” and see if you still have the Blue E-mail basic subscription, which you actually should still have. If this is the case, everything is fine, and this should still remain as it is automatically, as E-mail is now decoupled from other services.
