My control is not working well, nor is the cable. The channels do not change, they get stuck without image or sound. Service is interrupted all the time. We do not have a connection issue, the internet and routers are all working find, but the cable is slow,impossible to manage. Channels get repeated do not change well. I do not know if this is related to the changes they have made to the tv box. I have not seen a notification to update my remote control but have tried to do it without any changes to the system. The service is terrible, if I see no improvement I am cancelling my subscription I have this problem for more than a month now. I am fed up.
