attachment no showing

Received an email that has an attachment, but I could not see it in the email. The attachment symbol shows up on the right-hand side in the listing of emails. How to resolve this and what’s the cause of this? Thank you.

@Heugritio98 this is a well-known problem, with webmail, being a result of the current transdormation from old Webmail to new Webmail, which is not resolved at the moment. Unfortunately, it is nit clear when this will be fixed. A possible workaround is to use Bluewin mail with a mail program like Outlook or Thunderbird, where this doesn’t happen.

Thank you. It works most of the time except with one of my friend’s email and it just stopped working with attachments. I will see to have a workaround with either Outlook and Thunderbird. Thanks again.
