In our lab we have a Denon AVC X6700H with 5.1.4 setup with a Sony OLED AG9 and Netflix runs with DOLBY ATMOS without any problems. But there are still bugs that need to be fixed so that the audio signals all take their correct paths and the right number of channels get through (2.0 vs. 5.1). One of them is that in Live TV all DD2.0 or DDP2.0 are currently still output incorrectly as 5.1, whereby only L and R are used in the 5.1 signal (C, Ls, Rs are silent/empty) when you are in surround mode. You are welcome to report your specific observations/findings on the audio problems here. The tip with the Dolby Analyser would be good, but it looks like it can only do Dolby MS11. However, Android TV 12 requires Dolby MS12...
