why am I getting this rejection from my email provider:

which provider is causing the error: Bluewin or another?

Check that the domain hasn't been hacked and is being used as an information-gathering point for phishing with fake pages. Check the entire domain structure for unknown or modified files. The domain could indeed be on Swisscom's blacklist due to phishing, if not, report this website as safe with Internet Guard (link below)
