How can I change my Internet-Box settings?
Your Internet-Box settings are easy to manage in My Swisscom or via the web portal. You can change your WLAN access data, configure Internet blocking for devices and access an overview of all connected devices.
In My Swisscom
You can access and change the most important settings via the web or app.
Go to My Swisscom
In the web portal of the Internet-Box
Enter https://internetbox.home or 192.168.1.1 in your Internet browser. Please note that you only have access when your home network is connected to your Internet-Box. Enter your existing admin login. If you don't know the password, click "Create new password" to set up a new password.
