Gaeilgeoir @saudswiss Did you try as described herein?: Block SIM, activate eSIM/SIM card | Swisscom If it doesn't work that way, I suggest that you call the Hotline 0800 800800 so they can do that for you, We are only clients like you and we have no access to your personal folder.
