Answer questions posted by other Community members and join in the discussions.
1. Reply to a message
If you wish to provide an answer to a specific question, simply click the Answer button within the message. The procedures for providing answers and creating new messages are pretty much the same.
A few differences do exist, however:
If you reply to a message, the subject line is filled in automatically. You can change this however.
By clicking the Quote button, you can copy the message to which you are replying into your answer.
Any answers provided are added to the existing discussion. No new discussion is started.
2. Award kudos
Do you think that a certain message in the Community is particularly helpful? Then let the author know by awarding him/her some Kudos (rating points).
