I subscribed in January a new mobile contract with Swisscom (Blue M). When subscribing, I was told that my premature cancellation fees would be taken over by Swisscom. So I sent the bill from Yallo to Swisscom, but nothing happened, no reimbursement, no credit on my Swisscom bills. I tried to contact Swisscom via the chat and scheduled 3 calls which all were silent, when calling. What can I do?
