But Swisscom IS responsible for informing clients of key content changes. When I called CS last night about the missing tennis this past week, I was told Eurosport announced it will lose ATP transmission rights in Europe to Sky 'next season'. A sports website says it's only as of 2024, but looks like maybe it's already in force.

@Leideubi91 No, not necessarily, if Swisscom gets wrong data from the channels, then that's it, or do you really believe someone from Swisscom is sitting in front of the TV and checks if the EPG is correct? For > 600 channels? What I wanted to know, which Eurosport 1 Version do you mean (D, F, Eng, It)?

You misread my post. I said Swisscom told ME they've been informed of a change coming in Eurosport content. When they are informed (as they were about new replay restrictions), we should be. I pay extra to access E2 F for ATP tennis, which I could until this month.

Yesterday both E1 F and E2 F listed the Rotterdam Open final in their guide but showed other sports, most notably golf without commentary. 🥱

@Leideubi91 OK, thanks, now I see the problem, Eurosport 1 and 2 F have two versions, one is the European Version, like Eurosport Engl. This is just the European version with French commentators. Beside of this, there is a version Eurosport F for France (both 1+2), with partially different content. This version is now exclusively reserved for Canal+, and is no more broadcasted via Blue TV, the switch was somehow at the beginning of this year. That's what @Doremi wrote in his post in Italian. Unfortunately the EPG is still that one of the France version and not the European. @LeylaG could you please announce it internally, if not already done, as in the frenchspeaking community this is already discussed.

The real problem is that Swisscom is completely opting out of providing the service we are paying for. Wrong information published and no interest in satisfying the paying customers. With all the technology available correct programme information should be published and available to customers. Does not require a human to oversee the programmes are being broadcast as displayed a computer programme should be able to do this. Just total laziness Swisscom. Supposedly the best service in Switzerland, I DON'T THINK SO!

So is it correct that to watch ATP tennis in Switzerland we have to subscribe either to Canal plus or the Eurosport App, and then in 2024 change to Sky when they get exclusive rights to ATP? What fun.

Leideubi91 I do not know the details of the contracts between Canal+ and Swiss Providers.

As far as I can see the ATP Final yesterday (between other games from that tournament) was shown live in the italian channel "SuperTennis", broadcasting more live tennis (ATP included).

But do not forget that Swisscom charges quite a lot for the chains it's supposed to offer….

so logically if Eurosport cuts out the Swiss audience, Swisscom should offer a replacement 😡

Thank you for your feedback.

We finally got an answer about this.

As explained by @Gaeilgeoir there are two different French speaking feeds with different sports content. Following the customers feedback, we decided to switch to the French feed from France which covers more sports events from France instead of international sports leagues.

For technical reasons, we can't provide a specific timeline, but you will be able to watch Eurosport France and its TV-Guide soon.

After a month of complaints, you finally admitted that Canal Plus now has the rights to tennis via Eurosport France. So it's hard to believe you'll restore access 'eventually''. Are you negotiating with Canal Plus? I really doubt that or you'd have done it for 2023 and avoided having scores of angry tennis fans.

I am a client like you, so I do not know, what Swisscom is currently negotiating with Canal+. Possibly a Swisscom moderator can answer this.

Are we going to be able to see ATP Miami, Barcelona, Monte Carlo…or is this just a hidden rip off ……when people are tired of waiting they will buy additional chains…. Disgusting methods…typically Swiss style I AM A SWISS BTW
