I've got a Swisscom-Box, an older Snom 821 and a new Snom D785 (and many other stuff 😉 ). Both telephones work perfectly with external (non Swisscom) SIP-providers. Related to connect the SIP-phones to the Swisscom-Box I am confident about my configuration; in a nutshell I entered the semantically same into the old 821 and the new D785 (just the account-identifiers differ).
Now the 821 works just out of the box, with the D785 I can see in the SIP-trace of the phone, that it sends UDP-packets to the PBX in the Swisscom-Box. However: no packets coming back. To me, it looks like something fails in the box, and therefore it responds "by design" with nothing.
Diffing the SIP-requests looks to me like they are semantically identical (I masked a bit the actual accounts and the hashes):

My questions:
* How do I get some diagnostic information from the Swisscom-Box? I'm sure it logs something, ideally an error, so I can have an idea what's going on - and I can continue...
* Does anyone had a similar issue yet?
Thanks 🙂
Cheers Dani
