How can I cancel my Blue TV L made by a mistake.

Futtiongeu79 You can do this in MySwisscom or via Hotlie 0800 800800. However, there is a cancellation period, but if you ask politely, they may be accommodating, but if you want to change to another Blue TV subscription (e.g. TV M), this can also be done without notice in MySwisscom under "Adjust product" (see image)

To downgrade to your previous TV M subscription, you can simply adapt the option in your My Swisscom account, as advised by @Gaeilgeoir or wait for the request you sent to our customer assistance to be processed.

@Gaeilgeoir Just to let you know, when cancelling only the TV option of a blue Home package and keeping the Internet, there is no notice period to observe.
