My personal details - Unwanted calls from Sunrise

I keep getting calls from Sunrise on my mobile, offering me their services. They have all my personal details; mobile number, name, address, how much I pay per month etc. Is Swisscom supplying them my personal details? I have a huge problem with these cold calls and also that unauthorised people have my personal details. What is Swisscom's policy on customer privacy?

Do you believe that Swisscom distributes your details and subscriptions to its competitor! The answer and no. To get there, you must have filled out a form where you were simply tricked by Sunrise earlier. A while ago Sunrise was doing surveys in department stores on behalf of telecoms in general, I got approached for this.

To avoid unsolicited calls, I invite you to activate the Callfilter and block the concerned numbers in your Swisscom Cockpit.
