FTTS to my office.. custom construction project required.

1. I have been having NOTHING but problems with trying to contact a single person

@ Swisscom construction service (0800 477 587). I get passed around and told to call

3 other numbers.. NO ONE WANTS TO HELP.

2. Business dept. says oh we can't help you and hangs up on me..

3. SME dept. says oh you want the Construction Dept and refused to help.

4. SWISSCOM Construction Dept. won't answer their phones or call me back.

Would someone care to contact me and help me out?

it is amazing that the Partner Customer Care Center cannot help
