I recently purchased a new computer and am unable to install my Dell printer. The printer is recognised, and I can scan, so you have a working connection, however the printer driver cannot be loaded. I see on the homepage that Windows 8 is no longer officially supported with this printer type, so I guess I’ll have to give up… But have I heard that there are other options for installing this printer?
Who has more information about it?
