How to order e-sim?

Hi!

I have Pixel 4 and would like to replace my Swisscom SIM card with e-sim.

I found in other posts and on the Internet this documentation page:

but when I login there with my account I don't see any option for ordering e-sim, I only see in "Other products" section "myCloud" and "Swisscom blue TV Air free".

In the account settings I can see my Swisscom phone number listed as "Mobile phone number", but it seems as my account is not associated with my phone number and I can not control anything related to my Swisscom phone number.

How can I get e-sim in my situation? Thanks!

@Neifressid80 Either way you can contact the hotline 0800 800 800, they can explain you in detail how to proceed to get your esim, and fix an eventual problem with your account. Or, the extended version, you can proceed to the next Swisscom Shop.
