You qualify for the inOne benefit when you combine an inOne home (with Internet as a minimum, excluding inOne home light) with an inOne mobile go or inOne mobile premium subscription. This inOne benefit is now called the inOne Family benefit. We explain here what else has changed besides the name.
What's the same:
- In a household with Swisscom Internet, up to 5 inOne mobile go (young)/premium subscriptions are eligible for the inOne Family benefit.
- The first mobile subscription added will receive a discount of 20.– per month.
- inOne Family can be managed in My Swisscom.
What's new:
- In addition, 5 inOne mobile prepaid go (young) subscriptions can now also be added to inOne Family. These receive a free data allowance.
- The 2nd to 5th person in the same household will now receive a discount of 30.– per month.
- Instead of the Family price benefit, you can now also opt for a Family performance benefit. If you select this option, you will receive the Connect Pack and International Calls options as a gift.
- The inOne Family benefit can now be combined with the inOne mobile go young discount.
If you still have the old inOne benefit today, nothing will change until you renew your subscription – by purchasing a smartphone with a discount or instalment plan.
