If you have a E-Banking-Contract at UBS you are able to send the Money directly to Swisscom using a digital Copy of the Bill (you find this inside the Customer Center at https://swisscom.ch/myswisscom)) or you’ll find these Informations also inside the Customercenter to Copy-and-Paste.
If you do no have any Bills or no access to these, please do not hesitate to contact Swisscom Helpdesk - that would be a good option - maybe they can also let you pay the bills later if necessary: Bills & payment: Pay – Residential customers: contact us via call, chat, text | Swisscom
