Dear Sir/ Madam,

Today I got the bill of Period ( 01.11.2020-30.11.2020). It was written that I should pay the

bill within 15 January 2021.

I got the bill today on 10 Feb 2021 and to pay within 14 Feb 2021.

Only my questions is that why I got the bill today? And I am paying

all the swisscom bill (within my internet,telephone ) via e-banking almost 5 years.Why i did not get

the e-bills?

Hi Kailash,

if you are paying by E-Banking you can set Up Ebills inside the Banking-App.

To get these Notifications and automatic Payments directly for Swisscom you have to sign up for E-Bill and Contact Swisscom. Its the best if you give them a short call at 0800 800 800 to check everything up.

Phishing - forged invoices

Fraudsters are currently sending forged invoices by e-mail and trying to deceive Swisscom customers. The scammers mention an open invoice for the internet connection or web hosting. Please delete dubious e-mails without a digital signature and personal salutation immediately. Do not reply to an e-mail, make a payment or disclose any personal information. You can find information about your bill at any time in your My Swisscom Customer Center.
