Cancel protection plus

I would like to cancel the service of protection plus for the phones in my account. I see no value at this point. How can I do that?

According to the Terms of the Axa-"Protection Plus" you can cancel your Subscription after the first 12 Months after you opened the Option. Please take note, that you can only cancel this Option if you have no open Cases at your Devices (for example broken glass...).

You have the possibility to cancel the Protection Plus insurance before the end of the 12 months contract.

Please note that the remaining fees will be charged on the next invoice. However, you will benefit of the insurance until the end of the minimum contract period.

Once the minimum contract period is over, you can cancel it anytime.
