Access to mycloud account is not granded.

Though my password is accepted the account permit me not the entrance as proclaiming my new password not the..right one!!!

What can i do?

1) You can upload files from your phone directly to an existing folder or create a new folder and upload the files there. To do this, go to the "Files" section, click on the "+" at the top and select the file you want to download.

2) This is normal. Albums are just a way of sorting the photos in the column. For more information, click here:

3 + 4) No, you cannot upload photos from the column to the "Files" section. To do this, you will need to download the photos from your PC and upload them separately in the "Files" section. More information here:

It could be that you're using the wrong Swisscom Login to log in.

Use this page to find the correct Swisscom Login to use when logging onto myCloud: https://login.mycloud.swisscom.ch/broker-find-username

Did it work in the meantime? 🤔 & can you again login into your myCloud account? 😀

If your still logged in on one device you have the possibility to check the username of the swisscom login with which your myCloud is linked by opening the Settings/Account screen.

There under your first- and lastname you can see the username of your Swisscom login with which your myCloud is linked.

Otherwise you can find out the username of the swisscom login with which your myCloud is linked as mentioned by cymett over this site:
