Selon ma facture pour le mois de septembre il y a " blue Video, purchase 29,90 " et " blue Video, rent " pour 12,00 " ( par mes locataires, sans autorisation ). Comment puis-je bloquer cela. Quand j'avais Teledis c'était le bureau central qui pouvait bloquer de tels achats.
(According to my September invoice there are charges for blue Video purchase (29.90) and for blue Video rental (12,00) without my authorisation by vacation tenants. How can I block such purchases remotely? With Teledis such purchases were automatically blocked by the central exchange.)
