GregorioMeyer Worst remote control I've ever had. It keeps saying batteries are discharged even if it's not true, voice control doesn't work I thought it was broken, so I changed it and it's the same thing. Does someone knows if there's an alternative? (possibly not from Swisscom)
DomiP Sure, change to a Android-TV-Box like from Xiaomi or an Apple TV, but you cant get just Swisscom TV fully on there! Its the best option to contact the hotline and ask them for a refund or a switch of the devices - they will help you for sure.
