Swisscom box keeps failing

my Swisscom box keeps crashing. I have to keep switching off completely and then it resets. Then a couple of days later the same problem.

Anyone having the same issue?

Have you already tried to reset your TV-Box?

How do you do a re-set?

Also, each time i switch it on, its asks me for WLAN connection or orther. Is there a preffered option?.

Depending on the TV-Box you have the reset is behind or under the box. Take a sharp object, like a trombone and press in the reset hole.

The best option is by cable as WLAN is not guaranteed.
