Firmware update for Swisscom HD Phone Zermatt if no longer using Swisscom as provider

I have a number of Swisscom HD Phones, but changed my fixed line provider to Sunrise.

On the Swisscom site, I can see that the latest firmware for my Zermatt is vH029 while my phone only has vH026. The update feature of the phone does nothing when I try it (no response).

Does anyone know of a way of upgrading my phone?

The Swisscom HD Phones can only be updated through the Internet-Box.

It’s what I feared. Never, ever, buy Swisscom equipment. Even if they claim to follow standards, they actually don’t and do their best to clock you in.
