The message is generic and displayed as soon the speed is not reaching the expected results for different reasons.
Therefore, we are writing: "limited by processing power of the Internet-Box, your device capabilities and the Internet browser"
In IB2 case it's the processing power of the Internet-Box. For IB plus it's a combination of the new HTLM implementation and the used browser (the results vary a lot for the different browser). The transmission from flash to htlm5 was necessary, since flash is simply dying. 🙂
