I’ve got a Cisco IP Phone SPA509G and a Swsscom Vivo M (135 CHF/Month) subscription. Unfortunately I cannot use the IP Phone even though I ordered this subscription 4 years ago because it was advertised as supporting Voip.
Can I use this Cisco IP Phone or any other Software SIP-Client with my subscription? Are you planning to provide Voip-access for residential customers?
