-> if you can't find the App in Playstore, this indicates that you're using an Android Device with OS <4.2 (not supported below)
Based on all the feedbacks it seems that this issue is specific just for Italy, as in all other countries it's working. Still strange though, as I would have expected much more feedbacks here if it would affect all Swisscom customers using the App in Italy.
Obviously Swisscom can't reproduce this issue as long there is not someone from them IN Italy. Usually you need traces of such a Mobile device to be able to see what is going wrong where.
Not sure if this has already been asked or if you tried this: do you have a PC/Laptop where you could try to login on WebTV under http://tvair.swisscom.com, just to see whether or not it's working there? Is it there remaining as well on the grey screen?
