Hi all
As my French is quite poor I’m writing in English instead, hope you’re able to read it, else good luck with Google Translate…
This issue is known in thread https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Diskussionen-%C3%BCber-TV-online-und/TV-Air-kann-mit-Safari-Mac-Sender-nicht-starten/m-p/457299#M4739 (German). It happens as with Safari 10.0 per default all plugins such as Silverlight, Flash, etc. are disabled. This means you have to avitvate the plugins yourself for relating web-sites such as http://tvair.swisscom.ch for the old Silverlight Web-Client and/or http://tvair.swisscom.ch/beta for the new HTML5 Web-Client.
In case you German is bad here a translation in English how to fix this on your OS-X:
1.: open Safari and go to ‘Preferences…’ -> ‘Security’ panel opens -> go to ‘Security’ à ‘Plug-in Settings…’
3.: activate Silverlight (window on the right remains empty) select ‘Done’ and close ‘Security’ panel
4.: reload site tvair.swisscom.ch/beta
5.: go again to ‘Preferences…’ -> ‘Security’ panel opens -> go to ‘Security’ à ‘Plug-in Settings…’ -> now on the right window “tvair.swisscom.ch” is shown
6.: change option from ‘Off’ to ‘On’, select ‘Done’ and close ‘Security’ panel
7.: reload site tvair.swisscom.ch/beta -> streaming works again
As Safari (and Win7/IE11) still depends on the Silverlight plugin, but all other brosers already work with DASH the assumption is that DASH has problems and hence Silverlight is currently used as a workaround
