What’s the difference between carefree surfing (charged at SFr 2 per day) and data packages (charged depending on volume)? Technically this should be exactly the same thing.

Mobile data usage of the NATEL® easy smart is CHF 2.- per day (flat) with a speed of 2 Mbit/s.

If you purchase a data package, daily CHF 2.- are not charged.

The maximum speed is up to 10 Mbit/s while using data packages 200 MB, 600 MB or 1.2 GB and up to 21 Mbit/s with the package 24h Speed + 5GB. You can find all these information here: http://bit.ly/1KhnglX.

How can I avoid being charged 2.- per day? I don’t want data. I just need my phone to take and make calls or text messages.

Simply go in your phone settings and disable mobile data.
