New ADSL Moden - Need Help

Hi,

I bought a new modem/router ADSL/VDSL (Netgear D7000) to change my Internet Box Standard.

I plug in the modem, but it is not able to connect to the Internet.

I have the 250MB/s Internet Only Package: can anyone help me with the settings?

I really have no clue what to specify into the admin panel.

Have you gotten through with your new netgear D7000?

_According to the user’s manual (please refer to thepage 24), it seems you need a DSL Microfilter between the wall jack and your D7000 (the GRAY DSL port). They says that the package contains either an ADSL or DSL microfilter.~

_If you can’t find it, here, you may purchase one.~ (modified on 30JUL)

You can find here their quick start guide for your D7000.

Before your D7000 could connect to swisscom’s VDSL server, you may need to call the toll-free hotline 0800 800 800 for the registration and surly some technical assistance for your new modem.
