I have moved from Switzerland, and canceled my Swisscom subscription.
However my last bill, for April 2016, was not paid before my departure, and I can’t seem to change the payment method through the swisscom website.
I also closed my Swiss bank account before leaving the country (no possibility to pay via e-banking).
Additionally, I did try to use the help section and submit a request through Help > Contact, however the site would reject my request due to “technical” reasons. I have been trying for a few days now.
I would really appreicate someone’s help on this, I can’t believe I’m trying to go the extra mile to pay Swisscom!
I’d appreciate either someone could tell of a fix that allows me to contact Swisscom in the help section, or an email address I can send my grievance to directly.
