contract cancellation

i wanna know when do i can cancel my contract, like i have to send u a letter or do i can cancel it by calling u and what the time period ( for e.g 1 month before the contract get finished). Is the contract can extend automatically if i dont cancel it

Hi, Per my experience you need to contact customer care at least two (2) months in advance to let them know you would like to cancel your subscription. Other than that there is nothing else required.
