Receiving SMS from foreign mobile number

I have friends with foreign mobile numbers (in and outside of Switzerland) who send me SMS but I don't receive them. They receive my SMS. I can call them and they can call me. I receive SMS originating from other Swisscom customers without any problems.

Have you checked if they are entering the entire number along with the country code?. The country code for Switzerland can be 0041 and +41. They could check to see if this works?
