I only get an error... unknown username or password. But i use my Swisscom LoginID and password. Do i have to use another password or ID? The I-pad is connected on internet through WIFI. Please help. The Swisscom Login is only used to access from the [Webmail](http://ps22zhh.bluewin.ch/cp/ps/Main/login/Bwinit "E-mail") page. You can change it for a new in your [Customer Center](https://sam.sso.bluewin.ch/my/data/DoReloadServer.do?lang=en "Customer Center") if you have forgoten it. Best regards!

Some further information,

- I had to reset my IPAD to factory defaults.

- connect to internet with WIFI

- I’m for the moment abroad, is it therefore i can not get my bluewin mail to work?

- Tried to configure the e-mail account on my laptop also… it was the same problem.

Thank you for your ask.

To configure your E-mail on your iPad, you need to use your E-mail password. The Swisscom Login is only used to access from the Webmail page.

You can change it for a new in your Customer Center if you have forgoten it.

NunoP Dear fellow users of the Swisscom hotspot internet access. i paid for a 7 day service and it does not work at all for the iPad. either the service is very poor like their phone number 0900 333 22 1 where u can never connect with any representative or there is a bug affecting the iPad from working efficiently. tomorrow i m taking my laptop to check if my theory is correct but for all iPad users please do not pay for the service as it does not work. u get kicked out of the wifi link after a few minutes of downloading nothing. hardly even an email or 2. Swisscom would know this quicker if they would hire more people to answer their phones. i m currently exhibiting at the Basel Messe and there are many of my friends who r complaining of the poor service.

@“x”#p27751 Hi again, Swisscom should put out a bulletin that their wifi hotspot does not work with the iPad. i brought in my laptop n it is working fine like last year. so my advice for fellow iPad users -do not use the swisscom system unless they put out a notice that their system has been upgraded to work with iPads. be well n travel safe.

joey khafi I don’t know exactly your problem, but I use Swisscom Hotspot with my Ipad every weeks in several location and it work like a charm, so your issue is not a general problem.

If you want to send e-mails from a foreign Country it’s possible. However you have to respect some things:

- have a Bluewin e-mail adress

- to know your user name and password for it

(if you don’t know it, you can choose a new in the Customer Center here)
