Trackball replacement - Blackberry 9000

I have a Swisscom Blackberry 9000 that needs the trackball replaced. As I have upgraded to the Blackberry Bold, the 9000 is now my spare, so,...no rush. However, I would like to get the trackball replaced as soon as possible.

Any advice as to who might be able to do this? I stopped into the Swisscom store in the Balexert, but they weren't much help at all. They asked me to call the 800 number.
