My 24 month contract is up for renewal - Swisscom refers me to it's "Loyalty offer for a new phone at an attractive price".However the price is actually 40chf more than a new customer, as it seems they want to charge me for a new sim card (Huh?)
So dear Swisscom, where is my reward for being loyal.?
Here it is....Orange however offers me the same phone at half the price, on a cheaper contract with more data and SMS's.
No incentive to stay with Swisscom on this one.
Anyone from Swisscom marketing care to comment?
