Why doesn’t Swisscom introduce Albanian/Kosovar channels?
e.g. TVSH, TV21, Kohavision
Language packages also exist for many other countries, even if you have to pay for them.
Many Albanian-speaking potential Swisscom TV users or existing Swisscom TV users are annoyed by this!

I assume that the “typical” (Kosovo) Albanian is not a Swisscom landline customer and therefore the number of potential customers is probably too small. Switching on a channel can easily cost 100,000 euros (receiver, encoder, video server, network costs, configuration work, etc.).
And the operating costs also amount to X thousand francs per year. So if such a package is not sold many (tens) of thousands of times, it would be a losing proposition.
