Hi all. It’s nice to see an English forum here, saves me an hour with my crappy German on the phone.
My question is, I have the following internet subscription from Swisscom:

I am getting about 2400 Kbit/s. Now, this is about half of the the max speed I’m supposed to get. I know you can’t always get the max speed, as it depends on your location etc. but I’d like to know if there’s a way for me to get a better connection speed.
Would upgrading to a better subscription help? Or will I never reach more then 2400 Kbit/s?
I would give cable internet a try, but it’s not available here.
