From 13 to 21 December, Swisscom is going to carry out a software update on its TV boxes to rectify a TV box error during reboot and to secure the existing channel sequence even in the event of a malfunction. Please do not switch off the router and TV box completely during this period (via ON/OFF switch on the back of the box) so that the software update can be installed at any time. The update is performed automatically, the customer does not have to do anything and TV service is unaffected by this. You do not have to do anything. Please note: This update will only rectify the two aforementioned cases.
