I sighed an iphone4s with a subscription included 500MB data usage this January.
After that every month the bills shocked me again and again cause the data usage always exceeded 1GB but my iphone only records less than 400MB. I have downloaded serveral data usage apps to monitor my usage and it is still the same situation - cellular data usage always slips away sliently.
Before this IPhone4s, I have a subscription with orange and used an Android smartphone, it seldom exceeded 300MB.
I have wifi in school and home. I only used it to surf some regular websites in the tram and never used it to watch online TV or listen radio.
I searched the question on internet and it seems that many people also suffered this problem.
Some people mentioned that icloud will take resposiblity for the excessive data usage as well as the swisscom hotline madame also told me try to turn off icloud.
If so, considering I checked the usage monitor everyday, iphone told me it’s ok you still have lots of data usge available but at the end of the month, swisscom told me: sir, you have to pay bills for the beyond part of data usage.
who should pay the bills for the usage? customer? swisscom? or the apple?
Anybody has the same problem?
