Hello,
I left Switzerland on 1 September 2024. It is now February 2026, and I am still being billed for my Blue TV subscription, which I cannot use from abroad.
I have paid all invoices from September 2024 to January 2026, amounting to roughly CHF 180 for a service I have not been able to access or benefit from at all.
I have tried contacting Swisscom several times. I managed to get through once, but no solution was offered other than to continue paying. This is very frustrating, especially as I no longer have a Swiss phone number and all support and callback options require one—making it nearly impossible to resolve this from abroad.
I am simply asking for:
Cancellation of the Blue TV subscription, and
Reimbursement for the unused period, as usage records will clearly show the service has not been used.
If any Swisscom staff are reading this, I would appreciate your help in reviewing my case and proposing a fair solution.
