Hi everyone,
I was already using an eSIM with my Swisscom mobile number. Recently I changed my device and tried to order a new eSIM using the “Device change” option.
However, when I select “eSIM” as the SIM type, I get the following message:
“Unfortunately, this channel is not available for eSIM. You can find more options for switching to an eSIM at www.swisscom.ch/esim.”
Since my previous SIM was also an eSIM, I’m not sure why this process doesn’t work.
Could someone please advise how I can download or activate my eSIM again on the new device?
