Ich glaub Du hast die Frage übersehen. Das Surface findet nicht einfach von alleine das Sony Gerät. Du musst vom Sony aus den Pairing Modus initieren, dh. Du musst 5 Sekunden auf dem Case drücken, damit der Pairing Prozess initiert wird, erst dann kannst Du von Windows aus Bluetooth suchen. Ich hab übrigens wie Du ein Windows Surface mit ARM64.

To pair the SONY WF-C710N, place both earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold the button on the back of the case for about 5 seconds until the indicator flashes blue. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings, ensure the function is on, and then select "WF-C710N" from the list of available devices to connect.
