They are (were) mobile subscriptions with montly payments.
I finally found one of them, and installed it in a new phone so it would ring if anybody called it. And then when I went to cancel, and saw the "Request a return call" prompt, I entered this swiss number. But it turns out I didn't need the number at all. Even though the form needed a swiss number, I could cancel to the two swiss SIM card subscriptions without getting a callback because I have moved abroad. So now they're gone from my account.
Now i'm left with two of these:

One for each of the numbers I used to have? That makes no sense. I no longer have the phone numbers that these are for.
I have no way to remove them and no way to contact support, so what should I do about these? I really hope Swisscom doesn't send me bills for these in the future. Because I don't want to pay for them, but I also don't want to end my otherwise good relationship with Swisscom on a bad note.
