Pliongiothiess28 GuidoL Thanks for your answer. Yes, the tv is set to Switzerland and it's the original Swisscom Blue Tv app. It doesn't even give me the chance to log in. The logo shows up and then the screen turns blue. The TV is updated to the latest WebOS from LG. Other streaming services work fine.

Fausseuzu27 Hi @Pliongiothiess28 ! Can I ask what model year your LG TV is? Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Blue TV app? Sometimes on older LG models, there might be cached data causing weird behavior like a blank (or blue) screen - and a clean install can help
