    I have been unable to send e-mails from my I-Phone for over a week. I always have to check the account. I should point out that I haven’t changed anything in the settings.

    The same applies to my wife’s I-Phone. At the Swisscom shop in Yverdon I was asked to go to the hotline because the advisor couldn’t do anything and the hotline asked me to go to a Swisscom shop.

      In most cases, it helps to simply delete the affected mail account in the iOS settings and then open it again.

      Apart from the email address and mailbox password, you don’t need to know anything yourself, as the current detailed settings will be retrieved from the Bluewin mail server when the new mail account is created.
